I see it all the time and I'm sure you do as well. You receive an invoice in the mail or get the credit card receipt at lunch and there are dark or light streaks, missing characters/lines, ghost images, etc. in the paper output you're holding. The print quality is so degraded you have difficulty reading the amount owed or at the very least is distracting. This drives me crazy!

Because I'm a printer "guy", I may be a print quality snob. So I need some help from all of you. What do you think?

I have created a very simple survey to get your opinion. The results may not ease my aching head but may at least affirm that I'm not the only one that thinks this way. Your participation will be greatly appreciated and it'll be fun. I'll let this run for 30 days and then report back the results.

Please choose one of the following statements as it relates to the following statement.

"When I review printed copy in the form of reports, invoices, proposals, and receipts, the quality of the print negatively impacts my opinion of the presenting company's image or brand."

1.) Definitely No

2.) Definitely Yes

3.) I don't pay much attention to the print quality of documents.
